Course Overview

Twenty courses taught you the parts. The capstone asks you to put them together for one real patient and defend every decision to a skeptical colleague. You will choose a case with enough complexity, data and follow-up, and self-score it against the published 10-row rubric; write a de-identified case report to the 13-item CARE guideline with HIPAA Safe Harbor de-identification and outcomes judged against MCIDs and LSC; show integration with a decision matrix, dated SBAR exhibits, a shared decision and the business model; build an evidence table from verified sources; and record a 15-minute presentation that answers the five questions a referring physician asks. The last module covers accurate credential language, FTC and HIPAA rules for outcome claims, an outcomes registry and a 12-month plan. Passing the exam earns 6 contact hours. The Performance Longevity Practitioner™ designation is conferred after all 21 courses are complete and the case report and recorded presentation, emailed to instructors@tidalwaveinstitute.com, score at least 75 of 100 with no rubric row at level 1 (scored within 30 days). The designation is TWI's own, not a license, board certification or state-recognized credential. Nine editable tools included.
