Course Overview

A practical, worked-example course in the financial modeling that a cash-pay performance-medicine practice actually needs to run. Practitioners build a pro forma income statement line by line, calculate break-even on new service lines (IV therapy, PRP, peptide programs), engineer membership and retainer architectures with defensible churn and MRR assumptions, run capital-equipment ROI on DEXA, InBody, and ultrasound purchases at $15K–$85K price points, model payroll and staff-to-revenue ratios, sanity-check COGS on injectables and biologics, and design a KPI dashboard that surfaces the six numbers that decide whether the clinic makes money next quarter. Every module carries worked numeric tables, a Tidal Wave Wellness case reference, and a decision framework the owner can apply to their own P&L the same week.
