Course Overview

A practical, scope-safe introduction to using artificial intelligence in a cash-pay performance-medicine practice. Practitioners learn what current large language models — Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini — actually do, where they fail, and how to use them without leaking protected health information. The course walks through the six workflow areas where AI moves the needle first for a DPT- or DC-owned practice in 2026: ambient clinical documentation (Abridge, Nabla, DAX Copilot, Freed), patient communication and engagement, website development, marketing and content, and end-to-end workflow automation with n8n, Zapier, and Make. Every module carries a strong privacy-and-scope callout, a HIPAA/BAA framing, and a checklist you can hand to staff on Monday.

What You'll Learn

  • How to automate clinical documentation workflows to cut note time by up to 60%
  • AI-powered patient communication and engagement systems that run on autopilot
  • How to build and manage a professional practice website without a developer
  • Content marketing and social media automation strategies using AI tools
  • Operational efficiency through AI-driven workflow integrations across EHR, scheduling, and billing

Who This Course Is For

Designed for practice owners and independent providers who want to reduce administrative overhead, modernize their operations, and compete with larger organizations — without hiring additional staff or paying agency retainers. If you're spending hours on documentation, struggling to maintain a consistent digital presence, or looking for ways to do more with less, this course delivers practical, implementable systems for every stage of the AI adoption curve.
