The Problem We're Solving
Healthcare is evolving, but education hasn't kept pace. Practitioners who want to integrate longevity science, regenerative biology, and performance medicine into their clinical work face a fragmented landscape — weekend seminars with no depth, academic programs disconnected from practice reality, and a complete absence of business training.
Tidal Wave Institute exists to fill that gap.
Built From Practice, Not Theory
Every course in our curriculum was designed by practitioners who have built the practices they teach about. Our founder, Dr. Grant Smith, built Advanced Manual Therapies from a solo cash-based PT practice into a thriving multi-service clinic, then designed Tidal Wave Wellness as a performance medicine and longevity practice from the ground up.
That real-world experience — the mistakes, the pivots, the systems that actually work — is baked into every module, every case study, and every framework we teach.
The Vision
We believe the future of healthcare belongs to practitioners who can bridge clinical excellence and business mastery. The Performance Longevity Practitioner isn't just a credential — it's a new identity for clinicians who refuse to accept the false choice between great patient outcomes and a sustainable, scalable practice.
Our goal is to credential the next generation of practitioners who will define what performance medicine looks like in every market across the country.
Part of Something Bigger
Tidal Wave Institute is the educational arm of the Tidal Wave ecosystem — alongside Tidal Wave Wellness, the flagship performance medicine and longevity practice in North Atlanta. Our curriculum is tested in the clinic before it ever reaches the classroom, and PLP graduates become the credentialed pipeline for TWW franchise expansion.
The ecosystem feeds itself: clinical innovation drives curriculum. Curriculum drives credentialed practitioners. Credentialed practitioners drive franchise growth. And franchise growth funds more innovation.
